Consent Forms

Consent forms should be completed before arriving to your appointment to ensure we can get started right away!

All clients must have a consent form on file. It is located here as well as listed on the booking site.

Late Cancellations/No Shows

Please give your best effort to be on time for your appointment! However, we understand things happen.

Therefore, clients are able to cancel appointments up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment without penalty. You must log in to the booking site to cancel your appointment. You may not text/call to cancel/reschedule.

All late cancellations less than 24 hours will incur a 50% service fee.

All clients are extended a 10 minute grace period as a courtesy! (5 minute grace period for touch up appointments).

More than 10 minutes late are considered no shows & the appointment is cancelled.

All no shows are charged 100% of the service.

Payments

All clients must have a working card on file. This card will be charged at the time of service. You may also pay with cash.

Communication

All changes to appointments must be done through the booking site. Please do not text to cancel/edit your appointment. If you have questions/concerns, please text during business hours. Messages after hours will be responded to the following business day.

If you have trouble booking, you may text for assistance.

Texting is the best way to communicate.
